Tanzanian Peaberry- A unique African coffee which
produces only one coffee bean per fruit rather than two (this occurs
in only 3% of coffee beans)- Rich, Full Bodied, pleasantly tart with
the typical dry overtones. It has many of the same characteristics as
Kenya coffee, but is much lighter in acidity.

Mocha- An African Coffee, imported from the Port of
Moka, highly acidic, almost chocolate after taste, rich, smooth and

Celebes Kalossi- Considered to be one of the more rare
Indonesians, Kalossi has a taste similar to that of a Sumatran but
with a lesser body, very pleasant, earthy overtones, spicy like after
taste, dark roasted, and mildly acidic brew with velvety smoothness.

Colombian Supremo- Full bodied, low acidity all around
crowd pleaser. Known for it’s extreme consistency and quality.
Colombia’s largest bean size. Shade grown-environmentally friendly

Espresso Blend- Our signature five bean blends,
consisting of South American and African coffees, roasted Viennese

French Roast- A blend of South American and Indian
beans, roasted to the French Style. $10.25/lb
Guatemala Antigua- This Central American coffee is less
sharp than the Costa Rican varietals. Coming from small farms, this
well balanced, mild, richly fragrant, highly acidic, medium bodied
coffee is extremely consistent with a smoky after taste.

Ethiopian Harrar- The coffee tree probably originated
in Ethiopia where beans are still harvested from the wild trees of
mountain plateaus. A dry wine like flavor, full bodied.

Monsoon Malabar- Dark roasted, high body, lowest
acidity, mellow bean with an earthy taste, beans are spread on the
floor of shacks and huts through monsoon season to allow the beans to
swell and shrink, resulting in an interesting and exotic coffee.

Jamaican Blue Mountain (Wallenford Estate) - The
champagne of coffee, high grown, much "sought" after as the “perfect
cup”. Superbly rich, full bodied, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
Only a few hundreds barrels are produced each year. Beware of
Imitations! Genuine Blue Mountain beans come from the Wallenford
Estate and are certified as such by the Jamaican Coffee Industry
